Jon ends up referring to an interview he had with Lincoln historian Doris Kearns Goodwin to prove the former American Ambassador to the UN wrong.
The Bolton interview can be seen here

To be ambassador, you have to be approved by congress...that never happened. He was just holding a place, temporarily.
"recess appointment".

Does Bolton have the "worst comb-over" of the 21st century, or does he just like to look like that?

This guy is, at least freaky enough to seem worse than Gonzales or Rove, as a distraction. Bolton's attitude about the president only really caring about the people who voted FOR him is...spooky. BushCheneyInc really does want everyone else to just "dip their b@lls in lava"

so, the fact that a noted Lincoln Scholar verified Stewart's stance VS Bolton's blathering "no's" verifies.....what, to you, exactly?

Is that some kind of "AnnCoulter" non sequitur, designed to short circuit the logical mind?? Didn't work.
John Stewart's dad was a physicist, his mom, a teacher. JS got his degree from William and Mary, which is the second oldest university in the United States. Are you disparaging our American ancestors ability to set up an institution of learning or are you attacking a venerable American College with almost impeccable credentials? Which is it?
And seeing how you have an underdeveloped sense of humor, maybe you make up for it in intellectual insights.
Please tell us where you got your education and define EXACTLY an adequate education needed to comment on the news.
Everyone on Netscape comments on the news. You'd better demand to see their diplomas. Or don't you believe that the average American can think adequately enough to question corporate owned "news"?

Yes, Mr. Knothead.... please answer the question. Why DO you hate freedom? Also, why are you so traitorous and un-American? Why do you hate this country, knothead, and why do you want us to tear up the constitution? You make Jesus unhappy, knothead, and when Jesus is unhappy he gets all medieval on people's asses. Why do you want Jesus to get medieval on your ass? Is it because you are gay, knothead? Ohhh boy, Jesus and George Bush are both going to be very unhappy campers, knothead.

You didn't answer a single question. Is this how you define intellectual rigor?

Dude, really. Are you just here to be argumentative or do you really think Jon Stewart has never said a single funny thing?
