Give Dick a break. When you're as busy as he has been chasing his tail and damaging a country's dignity, it's understandable to get a little drowsy discussing mundane issues such as massive destruction surrounding one of the most populated areas of his country.

I'm sure they all have had horrible schedules with all thats going on,they battle with lack of sleep all the time.
