Nice Animation, Tim Tom reminds me of that group that used to use notepads for their faces, Momenschantz, I think they were called.
Of course, one wonders if the Hand is related to Mr. Hands from Mr. Bill. I'd like to see him try that with Taz. Or Mr. Manunu even..
At least it was nice Tim didn't draw a blank when escaping his predicament. (Yes, I said it, and I don't care who knows it!)
