Turning down or having to appear at all those invitations to elaborate parties, having to go shop for the perfect dress, spending all that $ at the hairdresser, dealing with travel agents, making sure drivers are ready at my command, having to tip all the people that serve me throughout the year....sounds extremely stressful,my heart is bleeding heavily for them. sniffle sniffle.

Pretty funny! However, I truly believe something my grandmother always said, "God puts money in the hands of the giver." It sure has proven true for me.

whew! and I remember Black Friday thinking how lucky I was that I'm not rich!!
now I feel bad, I should be out there helpin all those rich people, relieve some of their holiday stress, maybe offer to write their Christmas cards or polish their Bently so it's all nice and shiny for their arrival at a party or maybe go pick up the caviar and champagn for them. I'm sure those caterers don't appreciate those rich people and all their suffering.

POOR RICH.Unfortunely many poor suffer too.I volunteer with the poorest of the poor, and every year we see a swelling of "guests" in January because of a year of going without feel guilty, etc. and feel the need to "provide"love with gifts especially to their children and end up unable to pay bills.
Even if your not christian, the word is LOVE.
Remember back to past your Christmas'.Do you remember the gifts, or do you remember going to buy the tree, decorating it, getting bopped on the head with a spoon for sticking your finger in the cookie dough, the exitement of Christmas eve leaving milk and cookies for Santa.
Rich or poor, if you remember the gifts, I feel sorry for you.

I don't understand. ESPN has been saying all week poor Michael Vick who only did what he did because of the pressure from all that money that Atlanta threw at him. If its good for him, why don't we all have sympathy for all those born rich, praying that they can manage to get through all the pressures of having all that money?

Just remember what Moe Syzlak, from the Simpsons has to say about rich people.
"Aw, you're better off. Rich people aren't happy. From the day they're born to the day they die, they think they're happy, but trust me...they ain't."
