She got all that she promised done in those first 100, but the Repugs have blocked them in the Senate. or backed dumya's vetos to accomplish the same! Stem cell, 10 million poor kids on health coverage - blocked/vetoed. She did get a new more accurate way for car mileage to be reflected... but couldn't restore any of the federal energy regulation the Bushies and corrupt Repug Congress had thrown out. She even restored the House to a 5 day work week since the lobbyists are no longer writing the laws of the land. She made some ethics changes that Hastert refused to do afet either the Foley (pedophilia) or Abramoff scandals... and got earmarks tagged even though repugs are still the biggest earmark spenders (Shelby and Bridges to nowhere stevens in particular).
PC, how does it feel to be such an Un-American liar and basically corrupt person?

What the guys pulling the strings haven't told the air heads like Pelosi and her ilk is they don't want gas prices to go down. The intent is to change Americans whether Americans want to change or if change is even needed. Algore, George Soros and their crew of elitist left wing ideologues intend for change to happen. They don't care who it hurts as long as it isn't them.

What's really amusing is how concerned Republicans are about a "do nothing congress" that offered change, and then failed us. In reality, if they've failed us in change, then we're all still allowing ourselves to be run over by Bush and a GOP Congress, right? So, why are the very people that form the heart of the cheering section, those who would vote for Adolph Hitler if he were a Republican, are whining about inaction from the Demo congress since they're getting exactly what they want.
Strange indeed. But then, I guess a Republican will MAKE a reason to p!ss and whine even when none exists by their own standards. Shouldn't it be Democrats that are bitching about inaction? Seems to me that conservatives whine no matter what the f* you do, and this thread is pretty much evidence of that.

How about that Bush Federal Exchange Commission dropping the collateral requirements in 2004 for wall street transcations... that has unleshed this mess on our economy plus all the other federal regulatory failures (e coli, tainted toys, tainted medicines, salmonella... ) The Bushies have failed at everything and will leave us with two wars and 11 trillion debt!
Yes, vote Repug for more of this perpetual failure... they caused the Great Depression when they owned as much of the government then!
When will we learn that a party witout a conscience and greed as its primary motivator is really just another terrorist organization!

Final comment: Can we credit Pelosi at least a little that Dumya hasn't started a third war since she has been speaker of the House! At least the corrupt Repugs have been prevented from doing greater damage to the Country and the Congress has actually tried to investigate, although stymied in this effort too! Dumya, the man who didn't want the 911 Commission, then disbanded it as quickly as possible to stop getting those repetive Fs in the various areas he is supposed to be protecting the country in - just more signs of Repug obstuctionism and corruptness.
The RNC and its fool supporters truly are the terrorist party of America and the world - they should be declared so, and banned!!!!!!!
