The Great Messiah himself standing there so smug, confident, self assured, so arrogant and full of himself surrounded by all the blathering idiots cheering and applauding as if he has just revealed to them the secret of life. Pc25 stands to the side of the window. Pulling a mirror out of his pocket he holds it in front of the glass, scanning the reflection of the street.
Seems clear, - but he KNOWS they are coming.
The Obama Police, here to get his gun, his dog, his complete CD collection of '24'...
He checks the safety of the gun; off. He checks his ammo. It makes a satisfying 'click click' sound as he jams the clip in.
The dog yawns on the sofa. The clock ticks.
Pc25 checks the street again. Still quiet.
Pc25 considers that the Obama Police might not drive; perhaps they parachuted across the city from black-op helicopters, and are floating down now from the sky like fallen angels.
He stairs at the ceiling in anger; they COULD be on the roof of his house right now!
He considers firing through the attic floor; too bad for the insulation, -
The dog yawns. The clock ticks.
Pc25 decides they will drive up in black limos.
He waits.
